Management of academic year processes and student documentation Description: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Secretarial Studies, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Prior experience in the field. Proficiency in: Microsoft Office suite, public service. * Provide public service for internal and external stakeholders. * Manage the school archival system. * Support and assist school administrators in addressing departmental requests. * Execute academic year opening procedures using the system: create classes for the academic year, request class reassignments, verify class schedules, register instructional days, generate and review lesson plans. * Type and issue documents: Academic transcripts, certificates (enrollment, educational level, transfers/completion), individual student records. * Implement and monitor student transfer procedures. * Participate in and monitor the entire new student admission process: receive, verify, archive documentation, register students, and update information in the system. * Enter teachers' payroll items into the system. * Verify and archive grade books, curriculum content logs, and attendance records. * Issue documents and reports requested by pedagogical coordinators and students. 2512250202491934811
