Your application is most welcome! #ContiWithMe Here at Conti, these are the main activities for interns in Finance Control: * Participate in *forecast* and *actual* processes during monthly closing for logistics, maintenance, projects, production, and other areas. * Prepare and update financial reports and presentations used in performance meetings, consolidating results and KPIs for management. * Support cost trend analyses, updating information in systems to support leadership decision-making. * Maintain and enhance financial and operational dashboards in Power BI and Excel, integrating data from Continental’s internal systems. * Contribute to optimizing reports, automating spreadsheets, and integrating financial data, aiming for greater efficiency in departmental routines. * Conduct *follow-up* with CAPEX/OPEX project leaders and cost center owners regarding spending plans. * Support the creation, updating, and control of PEP elements, as well as CAPEX/OPEX project financial reports and variance analyses. * Perform analyses and reconciliations across different systems and reports, ensuring data consistency. * Support tracking and reconciliation of scrap data across systems. * Support analysis and reconciliation of inventory and work-in-process materials, ensuring data integrity. Your profile WHAT YOU NEED * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting; * Availability to intern for up to 2 years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Intermediate-level Power BI skills; * Availability to intern onsite at the Camaçari–BA factory, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
