Focused on quality and customer service, it consistently seeks the best solutions for its partners. **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items, following recipes and instructions from cooks and chefs. Assist in plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring compliance with the kitchen’s quality and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation by cleaning utensils, equipment, and surfaces according to food hygiene and safety regulations. Assist in proper food storage, ensuring safe storage conditions and adherence to expiration and preservation guidelines. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support daily tasks and ensure an efficient workflow. Monitor inventory of ingredients and utensils, notifying the supervisor when restocking is required. Perform duties typical of a Kitchen Assistant role. Position located in Feira de Santana / BA. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook’s Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
