The hospital is managed by the **Social Institute Mais Saúde**, which values quality, ethics, and the appreciation of its professionals, aligning efficient management practices with people-centered care. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Structure regulatory and complementary instruments (receive, verify, number, distribute, implement, and control revision history) across all hospital departments and sectors; * Conduct situational diagnostics of hospital departments as needed, aiming to implement improvements; * Provide better orientation for work processes, focusing on Quality and customer satisfaction; * Maintain criteria for implementing and continuously improving Excellence Management processes across all units and services; * Provide quality and performance indicators to monitor performance in units and services; * Ensure intervention in processes based on results obtained from reports and follow recommendations issued by the Risk Management Committee; * Disseminate the hospital’s mission, vision, and values to all employees and service providers; * Conduct internal audits in units and services, as well as medical record audits; * Monitor improvement actions implemented following internal audits; * Monitor non-conformities arising from process interactions; * Monitor records of process failures during Risk Management Committee meetings; * Continuously monitor updates to hospital documents and records; * Collaborate with departments and services and support the multidisciplinary team in developing action plans; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree:** Administration, Hospital Administration, Quality Management, Public Health Management, Hospital Management, or Technology in Quality Management, or related fields. **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, research software). * Basic knowledge of SUS legislation and users’ rights. **Expected Experience** * Prior experience in quality management within healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, or public health institutions). * Experience with hospital accreditation processes (preferably ONA). * Knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to the hospital sector (ANVISA RDCs, NR-32, ISO 9001, among others). * Experience in developing and controlling quality documents and clinical protocols. * Ability to analyze indicators and managerial reports. * Capacity to conduct training sessions and act as a facilitator for improvement processes. * Familiarity with management tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, and root cause analysis (Ishikawa, Pareto Chart) is desirable. * Familiarity with computerized hospital management systems (ERP, electronic medical records, BI tools) is desirable. #### **Joining the Social Institute Mais Saúde is more than building a career—it is embracing the opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians who rely on public healthcare services.** #### ***Our mission goes beyond efficiency and quality; we exist to ensure dignified reception and humanized care at every stage of the health rehabilitation process.
