Job Summary: The Merchandise Checker for Educational Materials ensures the receipt, verification, storage, and dispatch of teaching resources, guaranteeing quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in logistics and material management systems. The Merchandise Checker for Educational Materials is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, verification, storage, and dispatch of textbooks, educational games, pedagogical kits, and other teaching resources, ensuring product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Receive goods from suppliers, performing physical and documentary verification (invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions). * Verify quantities, specifications, codes, titles, and condition of educational materials. * Identify and record damages, discrepancies, or shortages, reporting them to the responsible department. * Organize and store products in appropriate locations, following inventory control and addressing standards. * Pick and verify orders for shipment to schools, educational institutions, bookstores, or end customers. * Assist in loading and unloading goods. * Conduct periodic inventories and support stock counting. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations. * Use management systems (ERP) to record material inflows and outflows. * Ensure the integrity and preservation of educational materials, especially books and sensitive resources. Common Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in merchandise checking or logistics/warehouse roles. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory control systems. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
