All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure the regularization of the Distribution Center's Health Documents; * Monitor inspections carried out by health, municipal, and environmental agencies, as well as resolve pending issues and non-conformities arising from inspections; * Provide technical support and deliver training to Logistics and Sales teams; * Maintain the company's registration health by analyzing health documents from customers, suppliers, and products, authorizing or blocking the purchase and sale of goods; * Maintain and control the Distribution Center's sanitary conditions through self-inspections / checklists; * Manage the Segregated Products Sector through segregation processes, returns to suppliers, and disposal (incineration or donation) of unsuitable products (expired, recalled, or damaged); * Ensure traceability of recall anomalies and inventory discrepancies; * Oversee the movement of psychotropic medications through entry and exit record controls and inventory management, ensuring quality and accuracy; * Control batch quality (entry and exit) and expiration dates (FIFO/FEFO) through training and technical guidance on SOPs; * Manage the refrigerated supply chain; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Knowledge of regulations RDC 430/20, Ordinance 344/98, and good storage and distribution practices; * Intermediate-level Office software skills; * Experience in storing controlled and refrigerated products, handling legal and sanitary documentation, receiving audits, and addressing compliance requirements; * Prior experience in a distribution company will be an advantage; **Additional information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational platform and Development Programs; * Pregnant Employee Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; **Working hours**: 08:00 TO 18:00 **Location: Dias D'ávila\-BA** **Permanent position** We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, customer-focused solutions centered on patients and consumers, composed of leading brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
