Previous experience as a stock checker or warehouse assistant, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of inventory control and documentation for receiving/shipping. Proficiency in using ERP systems and control tools (Excel, barcode scanners, etc.). Conduct incoming and outgoing material, tool, and equipment verification according to invoices, service orders, or internal requisitions. Maintain physical and system-based inventory control, ensuring daily updates of all movements. Inspect equipment condition, reporting damages, maintenance needs, or replacement requirements. Pick and make materials available according to site team requests and activity schedules. Organize the warehouse with proper item identification to ensure easy access and correct storage. Perform periodic and rotating inventories to help reduce losses and discrepancies. Support goods receiving by verifying quantity, technical specifications, and integrity. Generate control reports and records, following internal procedures and safety standards.
