Job Summary: Responsible for preparing meals in an industrial kitchen, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare meals according to the menu and nutritionist’s instructions 2. Ensure quality control, taste, and presentation of meals 3. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment cleanliness Responsible for meal preparation according to the established menu, strictly complying with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling, quality standards, hygiene, and food safety. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare meals (lunch, dinner, and/or supper) according to the nutritionist’s instructions and the menu; * Perform pre-preparation and preparation of food items; * Ensure quality control, taste, presentation, and portioning of meals; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils; * Comply with personal hygiene standards, use of PPE, and operational procedures; * Assist in inventory control, proper food storage, and waste reduction; * Follow internal company policies and client instructions. Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook, preferably in an industrial kitchen or Central Kitchen (UAN); * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
