Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production stages to identify non-conformities and ensure processes are correctly followed; * Conduct tests on finished products and components using measurement and testing instruments to verify compliance with technical standards; * Prepare detailed reports on inspection and test results, documenting non-conformities and corrective actions; * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions when non-conformities are identified; * Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement; * Train employees on quality practices and the importance of quality control; * Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School or Technical Education in related fields; * Prior experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus; * Communication skills to report results and collaborate with other teams, such as production and engineering; * Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; * Availability to work the third shift (night/early morning); * Availability to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
