After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate execution of action plans and ensure compliance with routines defined by management; * Monitor and lead quality control and assurance programs and activities for processes and products across all manufacturing stages; * Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems, methods, analyses, and process improvements; * Lead and manage quality projects, including initiatives to increase efficiency and performance; * Support quality-related crisis management and contribute to TPM-related actions; * Develop and monitor action plans focused on process optimization and improvement of quality indicators; * Promote and disseminate quality culture by conducting trainings, workshops, and internal campaigns; * Apply conscious consumption practices and support SSMA policies—including understanding environmental impacts, risks, and emergency procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Education** * **Required:** Completed undergraduate degree; * **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree; * **Preferred fields:** Chemistry, Quality Management, or related areas; ### **Desired Technical Competencies** * Microsoft Office Suite; * Minitab; * Problem analysis and resolution tools (RCA, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.); * Lean Six Sigma certification; #### **Expected Behavioral Profile** We seek someone with: * Strong leadership and team management skills; * Clear communication and ability to influence others; * Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and structured thinking; * Focus on continuous improvement, organization, and autonomy; * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and resilience. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
