Apply now and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive strategic information and translate it into operational actions. Evaluate projects and facilities, and suggest solutions for general maintenance-related issues. Plan bulk product receipt (Box space). Schedule raw material unloading. Conduct critical analysis of all production orders to be manufactured, considering: formula, composition, production location, quantity, packaging, use of micronutrients and additives, and authorize loading by signing. Monitor production, unloading, and maintenance activities continuously across warehouses and blending units. Ensure critical process points are met and that finished products meet appropriate compliance levels. Assess procurement needs together with the Regional Production Manager. Coordinate production scheduling jointly with dispatch, logistics, and sales to enhance production process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Technician, Agribusiness, or related fields. Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Rotating shifts.
