




Job Description: What you need to have: * Completed a technical course in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechatronics; * Have over three years of experience in instrumentation; * Knowledge of electrical circuits, metrology, pneumatics, and calibration; * Proficient in intermediate-level Microsoft Office. It will be a plus if you: * Are proficient in advanced Microsoft Office; * Have knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Have knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 07:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:48, Monday to Friday Your daily responsibilities will include: * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment in the instrumentation, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic areas, in compliance with NR-10 and NR-12 regulations; * Proposing equipment improvements aimed at enhancing performance, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving productivity; * Monitoring calibration frequency of plant instruments (e.g., pressure gauges, thermometers, pressure switches, thermostats, and others); * Providing support for refrigeration activities, advising operations staff on control-related aspects; * Supporting PCM in developing and reviewing SAP-based preventive maintenance plans; * Conducting verification and functional simulation of plant flow control valves; * Cleaning and organizing workspaces based on the 5S methodology; * Sharing knowledge with operations teams using the TPM methodology; * Conducting problem analysis using the AQF methodology. 251217020255259510
