A psychology services provider is seeking a Cost and Controller Analyst in Simões Filho. **Responsibilities:** Conduct cost identification, analysis, and control for both direct and indirect costs. Prepare management reports and financial performance statements. Monitor and analyze budget variances between actual and forecasted results. Support corporate budget preparation. Track financial and performance indicators. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Support departments in pricing and margin determination. Ensure accurate accounting classification of costs and expenses. Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance departments. Previous experience as a Cost Analyst, Controlling Specialist, Financial Analyst, or Cost Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
