Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** 1\. Coordinate employee route planning (chartered transportation) with third-party companies; 2\. Monitor and adjust routes according to operational demands; 3\. Ensure adherence to schedules and optimize travel routes; 4\. Interface with transportation suppliers to guarantee service levels; 5\. Track operational KPIs (punctuality, occupancy rate, route efficiency); 6\. Support incident resolution and continuous process improvement; 7\. Prepare reports and administrative controls for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** 1\. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, 2\. Logistics, or related fields; 3\. Prior experience in administrative, logistics, or route planning activities; 4\. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; 5\. Intermediate English is a plus; 6\. Availability to work the 3rd shift (night/early morning); 7\.
