Collect and transport samples to the laboratory, ensuring traceability. Replace specialty gas cylinders according to internal procedures. Move materials and supplies between operational areas. Dispose of waste in accordance with environmental regulations and customer standards. Mix chemical products following instructions and safety procedures. Organize and clean warehouses, areas, conveyors, machines, and equipment. Support non-routine activities during maintenance shutdowns or emergencies. Inspect conveyor belts prior to operation, verifying cleanliness, alignment, and overall condition. Remove accumulated product and residue from conveyor pits and drainage boxes. Assist with conveyor startup and shutdown, following supervisor instructions and customer standards. Monitor operation performance, immediately reporting any anomalies (noises, misalignment, jams). Comply with specific safety rules for conveyor areas, including lockout/tagout and signage when required. Support preventive cleaning near conveyors to prevent contamination and accident risks. Vehicle preparation and loading: Perform vehicle pre-loading checklist. Assist in positioning and loading urea (bulk and bagged). Perform vehicle tarping after loading. Verify final weight and deliver weighing slip/certificate to the driver. Bagging operations and logistical support: Assist operators in feeding silos and bagging machines. Organize bag and big-bag inventories, ensuring traceability. Segregate and dispose of out-of-specification packaging. Raking and industrial cleaning: Clean loading areas, yards, scales, conveyors, and silos. Use hand tools (shovel, rake, broom, squeegee) and equipment (loader shovel, as needed). Clean conveyor pits and drainage boxes per routine. Comply with SMS standards, PPE requirements, and quality standards. Segregate non-conforming products and prevent contamination during operations. Attend to drivers courteously and guide them on procedures.
