Job Summary: Professional to perform boiler-making, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Perform boiler-making services and assembly of metal structures. 2. Promote maintenance and monitoring of structural integrity. 3. Contribute to continuous improvement of boiler-making processes. Responsibilities: * Perform boiler-making services, ensuring safety and efficiency in maintenance and assembly operations for metal structures; * Prepare layout markings on metal sheets using appropriate tools; * Cut metal sheets using torches and grinders; * Assemble metal structures using welding and bolts; * Maintain metal structures by replacing worn components; * Monitor integrity of metal structures through visual inspections; * Document maintenance activities by preparing detailed reports; * Provide technical support to users in resolving issues related to metal structures; * Contribute to continuous improvement of boiler-making processes and identification of optimization opportunities; * Stay updated through participation in job-related courses and seminars; * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards and procedures, including training and updates. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Course in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Knowledge of hand tools and rotating machinery; * Familiarity with safety regulations such as NR-33 and NR-35.
