Job Summary: Supervises production processes and teams to ensure goal achievement and product quality, supporting the company in reaching its market objectives. Key Highlights: 1. A dynamic, innovative, and challenging work environment Supervise action plans, production processes, teams, and activities; monitor goals and key performance indicators; analyze production specifications and orders; aim to achieve planned results, product quality, and customer satisfaction; support the company in meeting its goals and objectives, as well as achieving optimal market performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** \- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures, aligning with the company's mission, values, and policies to contribute to achieving established objectives and improving customer service; \- Guarantee adherence to deadlines, aiming to achieve proposed results; * Coordinate studies and projects to pursue continuous improvement of processes, plans, and actions, maintaining the quality of deliverables inherent to the area; * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; * Monitor departmental KPIs, evaluate results, and coordinate actions to achieve targets; * Prepare managerial reports, conduct analyses, define strategies, and support decision-making; * Plan and control production performance, monitor schedule adherence, and ensure planned outcomes; * Participate in developing and updating documents related to quality management, occupational safety, standards, and procedures within the scope of responsibility; * Review and assess production control reports, and develop action plans to correct potential deviations or changes in planning; * Address and coordinate resolutions for technical and operational production issues; \- Propose and supervise improvements in product manufacturing processes; \- Request and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment; * Prevent non-conformities in the manufacturing process and related processes; * Ensure sector metrological instruments are used per procedure; * Monitor sector cleanliness and organization; * People management: conduct recruitment; evaluate performance and provide feedback; identify training and development needs; develop the team; foster and sustain engagement; initiate and/or approve personnel movement requests for the team; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Perform activities in accordance with the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Matrix and Waste Mapping. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required** * Completed technical education in ceramics, chemistry, mechanics, or electromechanics; * **Experience in the ceramic tile (flooring) segment.** * Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari \- Bahia. **Desirable** * Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Experience in **team leadership in industrial environments**; * Experience in **production metrics management and process improvement**; * Knowledge of management, safety, and quality routines; **Additional Information** **Join Mohawk Brasil: where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the global Mohawk Group, a world leader in surfacing solutions.
