Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Responsibilities: * Manage contract accounts; * Ensure delivery effectiveness by managing orders and conducting follow-ups (FUP) with clients and suppliers; * Prepare quotations and develop proposals; * Support account executives; * Develop and maintain control spreadsheets; * Serve as the designated point of contact during team absences (e.g., vacations); Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in administrative routines within the commercial department; * Knowledge of the MRO segment (electrical materials, tools, PPE) is a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
