That's why we are constantly seeking new talents oriented toward making a difference alongside us. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Drafting supplier contracts (non-resale) Ensuring receipt and entry of supplier invoices into the Begin and RMS systems Preparing addenda for previously drafted contracts Preparing contract terminations, purchase order cancellations, and service order cancellations Registering suppliers in the Begin system Providing support to suppliers and managers, responding to their requests Preparing petty cash requests #### **Required Qualifications** Pursuing a higher education degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields will be an advantage; Experience with the RMS system will be an advantage; Experience in general contract management is desirable; Proactive attitude; Strong oral and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of Excel;
