As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role is to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in active customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. With over 600 units and 200 courses available, we serve an area covering more than 3,900 municipalities. **Compensation and Benefits** Fixed salary \+ commission \+ awards \+ bonus \+ transportation allowance. Fixed salary (formal employment): R$1,621.00 Initial compensation: R$2,300 to R$4,000 (fixed \+ variable). Commission starts from the first sale. Daily, weekly, and monthly awards. Formal employment contract (CLT).
