Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to implement occupational health and safety policies; conduct assessments of the organization’s occupational health and safety status; identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment. Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; integrate negotiation processes. Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures. **Key Responsibilities** * + Monitoring and control of internal procedures’ implementation. Daily inspection of all employees across all departments to ensure adherence to internal procedures; + PPE — Evaluation of compliance/applicability, replacement, delivery and inventory control, purchase requests, and usage guidance; + Participation in DSS (Daily Safety Dialogue) — Conduct occupational health and safety dialogues at work fronts according to the scheduled procedure; develop topics based on applicable needs for each period; + Safety patrols — Scheduled occupational health and safety inspections — Conduct scheduled inspections of activities performed by both direct and third-party employees; address identified deviations; implement corrective and preventive actions; generate indicators for tracking the progressive evolution of occupational health and safety; + Monitor critical (performed by direct and third-party employees) and non-critical activities to identify anomalies/improvement opportunities and operational deviations; implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary; + Conduct occupational health and safety patrols to identify anomalies/improvement opportunities and develop interventions aimed at reducing undesired occurrences (near-misses and accidents); + Enforcement and inspection of internal regulations — Use of electronic devices, leaving the company premises wearing uniforms or PPE; **Requirements** * + Education: Completed High School + Technical Course — Occupational Safety **Additional Information** * Work Location: Simões Filho * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Working Hours: 44 hours per week * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course Preferred Education: Occupational Safety, Technical Course * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Provided by the Company * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing
