Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and painting metal and plastic surfaces, ensuring a fine finish while adhering to quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and commitment to work * Prepare metal and plastic surfaces for painting (sanding, application of filler, primer, and sealer); * Identify bodywork imperfections and perform necessary adjustments for correction; * Perform masking and protection of vehicle parts not to be painted; * Execute fine finishing prior to final painting; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Use tools, equipment, and PPE correctly; * Work in compliance with workshop-established quality standards and deadlines. * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Knowledge of materials, sanding techniques, filler and primer application; * Attention to detail and quality awareness; * Organization and commitment. Prior experience at an automotive dealership is a plus.
