This professional works strategically and collaboratively with department managers to promote service excellence, operational process standardization, and efficient resource utilization—all aligned with the values and quality standards of the Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte. The Hospitality Manager at the Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte is responsible for: * Ensuring integration and communication among Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Guest Service, and other departments related to the guest experience; * Leading a diverse team with integrity, fostering trust and delivering positive experiences for both guests and colleagues; * Implementing continuous improvements and adapting to changes in the operational environment; * Supporting and mentoring Managers and Supervisors within the Hospitality department, ensuring consistency in service standards; * Being closely involved in daily operations to maintain excellence in the guest experience—from arrival through post-stay; * Monitoring performance indicators (guest satisfaction index, audits, productivity, and costs), proposing continuous improvements; * Managing budgets for assigned departments efficiently; * Supporting leadership in people management: training, development, and team engagement; * Managing crises and resolving problems efficiently; * Collaborating with other hotel departments (F&B, Commercial, Marketing, SPA, E&L, Maintenance, etc.) to achieve occupancy, revenue, and reputation goals; * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal hotel policies; * Intervening in emergency situations, guest complaints, and non-conformities with empathy and resolution-oriented actions. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, or *Customer Experience* is a plus; * Complementary courses in Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resource Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality are desirable. * Proven leadership experience in the Hospitality department of resorts or high-end hotels; * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and serving demanding guests; * Fluent English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Front Office and Housekeeping routines; * Familiarity with KPI analysis and managerial reporting; * Collaborative leadership and ability to engage teams; * Focus on guest experience and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and diplomatic demeanor; * Decision-making capability and agility in problem resolution. **Additional Information** * Permanent employment contract as part of the fixed staff; * Availability required for operational routine monitoring and shift work in hospitality; * Employment type: Permanent (CLT). www.minorhotels.com The Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte values diversity and inclusion.
