What will you do daily?* Prepare doughs and produce breads, rolls, cookies, and other bakery items according to technical specifications and company standards; * Operate ovens, mixers, and other department equipment; * Monitor fermentation and baking time and temperature; * Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation of displayed products; * Support organization and cleaning of the department, in accordance with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Monitor ingredient expiration dates and assist in restocking the bakery inventory. Therefore, we require that you have:* Completed elementary education; * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of fermentation techniques and dough preparation; * Availability to start immediately and work on rotating shifts. If you also have:* Courses in baking or confectionery; * Experience in artisanal bread production or natural fermentation; * Skills in large-scale production (retail/supermarket).
