Plan and manage the execution of activities to ensure achievement of established goals in commercial and operational areas, as well as company profitability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow work instructions specified in the company's Standard Operating Procedures manual; * Keep your workplace always clean and organized. * Participate in the annual sales plan development process, proposing targets, strategies, tactics, and specific actions to achieve established objectives related to clinic revenue and profit. * Analyze revenue volume and propose alternatives to meet the monthly sales program; * Organize and supervise the distribution of commercial area sales targets, providing managerial support to the team to achieve established objectives; * Conduct visits to educational institutions to promote and implement the "Lição de Sorriso" (Smile Lesson) project; * Supervise daily clinic activities, providing assistance to the entire team, training staff, monitoring performance, and directing tasks to ensure all activities are completed according to the clinic's predefined processes. * Promote continuous improvement and excellence in customer service delivered by dental professionals through meetings with all involved parties, aligned with the clinic's required service standards. * Address customer complaints regarding treatment, proposing solutions; * Identify advertising opportunities to maintain the company's name consistently prominent; * Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed payment forecasts; * Control and verify service contracts and invoices to ensure timely payments; * Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements; * Classify supplier invoices for accounting, cash flow, and cost purposes; * Carry out accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; * Analyze payroll processing calculations; * Submit administrative and financial transaction documents to the accounting department; * Perform external tasks such as payments, bank deposits, and others; * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, facilitate selection dynamics, and contact candidates; * Invite candidates for selection tests and interviews, administer and evaluate tests, and provide observations and recommendations regarding candidate suitability for the position; * Receive and promote integration of new employees; conduct training programs to ensure their rapid adaptation and alignment with respective teams; * Conduct exit interviews to identify causes of turnover, absenteeism, and other factors potentially influencing employee behavior; * Develop and conduct attitude and perception surveys to identify internal needs and dissatisfaction points, and propose possible interventions; * Manage all human resources department routines related to hiring, maintenance, and termination; * Administer dental professionals' schedules and appointments to guarantee service delivery to all clinic patients; * Inventory management; * Attend technical and/or behavioral training sessions promoted by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration and/or related fields; * Intermediate computer skills; * Customer service and negotiation skills; * People management experience; * Sales techniques; * Performance indicator analysis; * Persuasion techniques; * Strong communication skills.
