Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) with client departments; * Develop, adapt, and revise technical and behavioral content; * Plan and coordinate training sessions, instructors, schedules, and logistical resources; * Monitor training KPIs and prepare performance reports; * Support implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS); * Ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements (NRs, SGI, etc.); * Propose continuous improvements to learning processes and methodologies; * Support onboarding and integration initiatives for new employees; * Serve as an internal multiplier on topics under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency — direct reporting to China; Experience in planning and executing corporate training programs. Knowledge of learning methodologies and assessment tools.
