Responsibilities and duties * Develop and propose training and development strategies that support employee education and growth. * Coordinate development programs focused on succession, leadership, and other topics related to the company’s strategic planning. * Conduct in-depth assessments to identify training needs across different organizational areas. * Analyze and translate business needs into effective training solutions. * Create and propose content for courses, online and in-person trainings. * Design complex knowledge pathways for continuous employee development. * Implement training and development programs (technical, behavioral, hybrid) to enhance employee performance and motivation. * Ensure execution of organizational development projects. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the T&D area. * Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and develop corrective actions. * Manage vendors and seek external partnerships, such as consulting firms and institutions, to bring innovation to the area. * Maintain constant contact with the market to incorporate industry best practices. * Have full autonomy in decision-making and, in many cases, lead the T&D team, guiding more junior-level professionals. * Work closely with management, assisting in strategic decision-making. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, People Management, or Education. * Previous experience in Training and People Development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: * Development of training programs. * Monitoring of T&D indicators: * Management programs 2510260202221833351
