If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your mission here** Ensure real-time monitoring and fluency of the logistics operation, guaranteeing route visibility, driver support, and rapid incident resolution—directly contributing to operational efficiency and the end-customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the Control Tower, tracking routes and deliveries in real time. * Provide operational support to drivers during route execution, resolving queries, incidents, and operational needs. * Continuously update tracking systems to ensure accurate visibility of route and package status. * Manage the operational floor, supporting operational organization, outbound flow, and demand prioritization. * Handle operational incidents, mitigating impacts on productivity and customer experience. * Conduct daily operational briefings, reporting results, KPIs, and key events from the previous day. * Extract, analyze, and monitor reports in the SCC system (Amazon) to identify: pending packages, operational inconsistencies, deviations, and logistics incidents. * Execute daily operational closing, consolidating information such as: number of packages delivered; returned packages; actions taken; driver schedule and availability. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Passion for working with numbers; * Experience in the field; * Data analysis skills; * Experience in KPI management; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Work Schedule** This is a 6-days-per-week position! * Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM (with a 1-hour break), Monday through Saturday; **What We Offer:** Salary: salary expectations. * Medical and dental plan (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction); * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$24.00/day (with 1% deduction); * Transportation voucher + commuting support itinerary (Pirajá Station – Salvador / CIA – Simões Filho / Paripe – Salvador); * Birthday Day Off: one day off during your birth month, starting after 3 months; * TotalPass (gyms and wellness); * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); * Paternity leave of 10 days (after 3 months). **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
