Contribute to organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives **HR Assistant – Training and Development** **Job Description:** We are seeking an HR Assistant with a focus on **Training and Development**, who possesses interpersonal sensitivity, organizational capability to support HR processes, and enthusiasm for contributing to employees’ professional growth and strengthening organizational culture. This professional will support capacity-building activities, onboarding, competency development, and performance indicator tracking, serving as a vital link between people strategy and daily team operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external training programs; * Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers; * Assist in the integration (onboarding) of new employees; * Manage training schedules, attendance lists, training materials, and records; * Support behavioral and technical development initiatives; * Administer and tabulate training reaction evaluations and T&D metrics; * Contribute to organizational climate, culture, and engagement initiatives; * Support administrative HR tasks related to the development area. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior HR experience, preferably with a focus on Training and Development; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and interact comfortably with diverse personalities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with leadership development programs; * Knowledge of training methodologies, corporate education, or continuous learning approaches; * Interest in topics such as organizational culture, communication, and human development. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Empathy and active listening; * A people-centered developmental mindset; * Collaborative and ethical conduct; * Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
