Opportunities for professional growth and development Center Móveis e Eletros seeks a Store Assistant Manager with a strong commercial orientation and results focus to support unit management, boost sales, and ensure efficient execution of store administrative routines. This professional will operate directly on the floor, leading by example, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal process operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Commercial & Sales:** * Engage in frontline sales activities, supporting and developing the team * Monitor performance indicators (targets, conversion rate, average transaction value) * Conduct negotiations, grant discounts, and close sales * Act as substitute for the Commercial Manager in their absence **Team Management:** * Train, supervise, and develop the team * Support performance management and team engagement **Administrative & Operational:** * Supervise cash register, credit, and inventory operations * Reconcile cash registers, control expenses, and perform deposits * Support administrative routines, reporting, and deadlines * Manage documentation, electronic timekeeping, vacations, and absences * Ensure store organization, process adherence, and operational functionality **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and team management * Commercial profile, goal-oriented and results-driven * Strong negotiation and leadership skills * Ability to organize and manage administrative processes * Good communication skills and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the furniture and electronics retail segment * Familiarity with commercial performance indicators * Willingness to travel and/or relocate Center Móveis e Eletros offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
