**Description:**

Manage the procurement process in accordance with the company's established procurement procedures and policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Update the supplier catalog to improve current offerings, maintaining an up-to-date supplier and item catalog to understand price and quality differences.
* Attend courses, congresses, seminars, exhibitions, and other events supporting professional qualification and development.
* Participate in meetings organized by departments to assess product and workplace equipment quality.
* Authorize purchase orders, general payments (goods and high-consumption or stable products), as well as modifications and cancellations of placed orders, notifying relevant departments; approve permissions, vacations, and staff departures/re-hirings according to the department’s operational needs.
* Train and coach team members on job-specific tasks, evaluating each individually based on performance.
* Monitor purchase orders in the 2B END system.
* Prepare and review departmental expense budgets.
* Establish procurement procedures and policies aligned with the company’s operational conditions.
* Manage digital supplier and item catalogs within the SAP system.
* Ensure close communication between team members and department heads.
* Maintain low but sufficient inventory levels to meet production requirements.
* Provide procurement reports requested by senior management and the accountant.
* Request staffing and conduct technical interviews for candidates applying to department positions.
* Select suppliers in coordination with procurement assistants, considering quality, competitive pricing, service quality, and favorable payment terms.
* Be responsible for purchasing food, beverages, supplies, and maintenance parts.
* Supervise direct purchases made by drivers.
* Review fruit and vegetable price lists with current quotations.
* Verify maximum and minimum inventory levels and stock turnover in coordination with department heads.
* Check physical invoices for equipment repair purchases, performing verification in SAP.
* Ensure procurement procedures are correctly followed.
**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or International Trade.
* Solid experience in the procurement department.
* Knowledge of quotations, purchase order issuance, and invoicing.
* Supplier relationship management, credit negotiation, and understanding of the procurement process.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP.
* Intermediate/Advanced Spanish.
