The company offers real growth opportunities, daily challenges, and a healthy atmosphere for those seeking professional advancement. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive the daily work schedule from the immediate supervisor and execute tasks according to the defined plan. * Receive, inspect, and record raw materials, inputs, and packaging materials. * Collect samples of raw materials and finished products for laboratory submission. * Operate production stages according to the established production plan. * Generate production orders in the system (management software). * Prepare, operate, and monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functionality. * Convert raw materials into finished products during the production process. * Perform sanitation, filling, and storage activities for products upon completion of the process. * Load and unload vehicles with raw materials and finished products. * Carry out cleaning and organization of production process areas and equipment. * Measure and record volumes of products stored in tanks. * Conduct inventory counts of raw materials, inputs, finished products, and packaging. * Measure and monitor production process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and time. * Record input consumption and production batch tracking via production orders in the system. * Ensure production process quality and assume responsibility for errors occurring during execution of steps. * Operate boilers, electric forklifts, and gas-powered forklifts, as permitted by certification and safety regulations. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Organization. * Operational leadership. * Proactivity. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** FAVAB S/A. * **Work Location:** Simões Filho/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:35 PM, with a 1-hour break. Requirements: * Technical qualification in Boiler Operations, Petrochemicals, Electromechanics, or Chemistry. * Prior experience in this role or similar positions is desirable. * Experience with industrial control systems or ERP systems. * Knowledge of production process operations is a plus.
