Our employment opportunities are open to all underrepresented groups, including people 50+, PWD, LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, among others. **Responsibilities and duties** Carry out the acquisition of materials, services, and equipment through market research, negotiating the best commercial terms (total-cost) for the company; * Research and qualify new suppliers and products through market analysis, proposing the establishment of commercial agreements and contracts (payment and barter), aiming for the best cost-benefit for the company; * Issue purchase orders, send them to suppliers via email, and monitor the entire follow-up process to ensure compliance with negotiated conditions; * Analyze purchasing processes by selecting the appropriate contractual instrument and best conditions to mitigate legal, financial, and technical risks for the company; * Provide internal customers with up-to-date information on purchasing processes through constant studies and research on internal procedures, ensuring accuracy in disseminated information; * Interact with suppliers and customers by researching and sharing information to identify best practices and internally disseminate knowledge for the benefit of internal customers. **Requirements and qualifications** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Advanced Level – (Ability to create macros, VBA, charts, presentations...); * Knowledge of Supply Chain process operations using ERP systems.
