Support the preparation of side dishes (salads, rice, sauces, farofa, etc.). Perform pre\-preparation of meats and other ingredients. Assist in buffet setup and restocking. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards. Assist in inventory control and food storage. Follow instructions from the chef and kitchen supervisor. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
