Job Mission Responsible for planning and coordinating the industrial automation, instrumentation, and power electrical sector of the manufacturing unit, aiming to ensure the achievement of automation and instrumentation goals through management of maintenance teams and development and control of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, thus guaranteeing equipment availability aligned with TPM methodology and compliance with regulations for electrical installations. Main Responsibilities * Ensure that all electrical maintenance activities are performed in accordance with Regulatory Standard No. 10 – NR10. * Ensure compliance with maintenance plans for electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems of equipment and facilities in the manufacturing unit, aiming to optimize efficiency and equipment/facility availability; * Maintain, preserve, modify, document, and archive electronic programs for machines, processes, and instruments by coordinating and applying specific techniques and knowledge in Programmable Logic Controllers, Human-Machine Interfaces, Servo Drives, and Supervisory Systems. * Participate in developing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans by conducting studies and analyses on rationalization, modifications, and technological innovations in processes, equipment, or materials, aiming to ensure effective equipment maintenance, optimization of equipment/facility performance, reduction of maintenance costs, and improvement of production processes. * Contribute to defining and sizing materials and personnel required for maintenance tasks, monitoring and controlling quality, items, inventories, and purchase requests whenever necessary, aiming to optimize resources during work order execution. * Contribute to the development of new mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic machine, equipment, and installation projects by providing suggestions, analyses, technical opinions, and delivering courses and training, aiming to meet project information needs and team component qualifications. * Support Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) by providing information on the status and progress of electrical and/or electronic maintenance, as well as programming needs, to optimize and ensure planning meets the unit’s maintenance requirements. * Ensure full execution of PQ pillar activities by deploying established guidelines for the automation system, calibration, and equipment control. * Participate in maintenance materials management by monitoring and verifying inventories of electrical and/or electronic materials and products, establishing technical criteria for purchases, and developing new suppliers, aiming to maintain adequate material supply/inventory levels. * Contribute to increasing and improving the Manufacturing Unit’s safety by guiding electrical maintenance teams to perform work in compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as through proposals and actions aimed at reducing risk levels in industrial area activities. * Keep the team motivated, organized, and skilled through individual development plans and actions that encourage professional growth and teamwork. * Promote 5S in the team’s routine to maintain an organized and safe workplace. * Accurately and promptly report all data and information relevant to area KPIs control to management. Education Completed Higher Education Requirements * Mandatory: solid experience with NR10; * Knowledge in industrial automation; * Knowledge in instrumentation; * Knowledge in mechanical, electrical/electronic maintenance focused on prompt service; * Knowledge in Power Electrical Systems; * Knowledge in Utilities, Bottling Processes, and Beverage Manufacturing.
