Responsibilities and Duties:* Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of internal systems and applications. * Assist in implementing software solutions under supervision of senior developers. * Help with testing, validation, and basic debugging of systems. * Support documentation of technical processes and procedures. * Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams. * Monitor system performance and report issues. * Provide first-level technical support to internal users. * Participate in continuous learning and training programs. Requirements and Qualifications:* Technical certifications in IT or software development are a plus. * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * A technical course in IT may be considered. * Internships, academic projects, or initial professional experience in IT or systems support are desirable. * English: Basic to intermediate (reading technical documentation is a plus). * Basic programming logic knowledge. * Familiarity with databases (SQL). * Basic understanding of systems, APIs, or integrations.
