DB Diagnósticos is a company specialized in medical imaging diagnostic services. We provide state-of-the-art technology and qualified professionals to ensure the best experience for our patients. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site and remote technical support for equipment (computers, laptops, printers, etc.). Deliver system and user support to ensure operational continuity. Perform configuration, installation, and support for network equipment, including problem diagnosis and resolution. Support the administration and maintenance of the Active Directory (AD) environment. Register, track, and resolve incidents via the Service Desk system, including coordination with vendors. Support IT projects focused on process and solution improvements. Previous experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Assistant, Junior Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
