The organization offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily rounds, providing first-level assistance and support to users, guiding them in the use of computer resources, applications, and systems, clarifying doubts, in order to meet users’ work-related needs, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Carry out administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing protocols, archiving documents, conducting inventories, etc.; * Support system implementation processes by mapping existing workflows, accompanying users during the adoption of new systems, and delivering training; * In all the above items, promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any service anomalies or user-reported issues that may compromise the services provided. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided in the company cafeteria.
