Coordinate teams and optimize logistics processes **Responsibilities Description** * Supervise warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency in storage, control, and distribution processes for materials; * Ensure inventory organization and standardization, using appropriate storage systems and methodologies; * Monitor delivery deadlines and operational targets, tracking performance indicators and reports; * Plan and coordinate departmental activities based on analysis of internal demands and requirements; * Train and guide the team on operational procedures and best warehouse practices, promoting continuous improvement; * Conduct periodic audits and inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards; * Collaborate with other company departments to align logistics processes and meet operational needs; * Prepare and present managerial reports to the immediate supervisor, highlighting results, deviations, and improvement opportunities; * Participate in planning and continuous improvement meetings, contributing suggestions for process optimization and cost reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Technical School degree. * Preferred: Knowledge of material management systems, performance indicators, resource planning, and logistics processes.
