We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy\-going environment.**Job Mission:** Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with the requirements of **ISO 14001**, applicable environmental legislation, and internal procedures, through monitoring of factory environmental routines, control of documents and records, monitoring of indicators, and support for internal and external audits. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the **maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS)** in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements\. * Monitor **factory environmental routines**, ensuring correct execution of established procedures. * Control and keep up-to-date **mandatory environmental records**, including spreadsheets, reports, licenses, and regulatory documents. * Support the **monitoring of environmental indicators**, such as water and energy consumption, waste generation, and atmospheric emissions. * Conduct **routine environmental inspections at the factory**, identifying deviations and supporting implementation of corrective actions. * Monitor **waste management**, including segregation, temporary storage, destination control, and environmental documentation. * Support the **management of environmental legal requirements**, ensuring control of license deadlines and conditions. * Assist in preparing and organizing **internal and external environmental audits**, including ISO 14001 certification audits\. * Support the **investigation of environmental incidents**, contributing to root cause analysis and definition of preventive actions. * Participate in **environmental training and awareness initiatives** for factory employees. * Support the development and review of **environmental procedures, work instructions, and records**. * Contribute to developing **environmental improvement and sustainability initiatives** within operations. ### **Education** * Completed technical course in: + Environmental Science + Environmental Management + Environmental Sanitation + or related fields ### **Experience** * Prior experience in **industrial environmental routines** will be considered an advantage. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of **Environmental Management System – ISO 14001** * Applicable environmental legislation for industrial operations * Industrial waste management * Monitoring of environmental indicators * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \#LI\-ES1
