Monitor, manage, and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure stable and efficient operation of services provided to customers. Monitor network performance in real time using monitoring tools to identify failures, performance degradation, or other anomalies. Respond to alarms and alerts, identify root causes of issues, and take corrective actions to restore service as quickly as possible. Provide first and second level support, resolving issues related to routers, switches, internet links, firewalls, and other network equipment. Assist in implementing network changes, perform diagnostic tests, and participate in scheduled or emergency maintenance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, network configurations, and operational procedures. Participate in updating software, firmware, and monitoring tools used in the NOC to ensure network efficiency and security.
