Use the guillotine (GI) to cut vegetables in a standardized and safe manner; operate the cheese slicer to obtain uniform slices; while seated, sort beans, separating grains according to established standards. Assemble meal boxes, arranging food items per the nutritionist's instructions. Also responsible for serving meals at third-party establishments, ensuring timely delivery and food quality for recipients. Exposed to kitchen heat, adapting\-to working conditions while maintaining food hygiene and safety during task execution.
