Our management model is modern and decentralized: **directors operate in another state**, and **daily communication is conducted online**, directly with one of the directors. She will conduct **periodic on-site visits**, staying **several days per month at each unit**, focusing on **process audits, alignment meetings, and performance monitoring**.
