This professional will be responsible for prospecting new technologies, conducting in-depth analyses: SLA, recurrences, financial impacts, gathering CDs and carriers to map root causes and implement actions. **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead weekly and monthly analyses with proposals for cost and loss reduction; * Validate complex freight discrepancies and specific financial operations. * Identify and propose improvements and adjustments to transportation rules together with Procurement * Propose and represent the Operations area in projects * Support (and represent in absence) coordinators in tactical decisions and escalations * Be the “technical reference” on the team — the one who resolves difficult problems **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Strong experience in road distribution transportation * Experience in logistics, transportation, and in-house operations. * Strong analytical profile grounded in data, dynamic, with sharp critical thinking * Strong command of KPIs (OTIF, OTD, Redelivery, Returns) * Analysis of recurrences and root cause using PDCA, Pareto 80/20, and Cause-and-Effect * Ability to work under pressure and in critical scenarios * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and prioritization in high-volume environments * Good communication, interpersonal skills, and clear diction. * Willingness to travel **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational Development Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * totalpass; * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 18:00\. **Work Location**: Bahia CD, located in the Camaçari Petrochemical Pole.
