Maintaining cleanliness and preservation of inventory **Description:** ---------------- The main mission is to ensure that all kitchen inventory and supply processes operate efficiently and in an organized manner. * Manage physical inventory and support periodic stocktaking, ensuring everything remains orderly at all times. * Sorting and delivering ingredients requested by the kitchen team is part of your daily routine. * Assist in waste control and manage batch numbers and expiration dates of goods, ensuring products remain within their validity period and are properly labeled; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of inventory and storage areas, ensuring compliance with established standards at all times. * Report any discrepancies, damages, or product replenishment needs to management, ensuring continuous stock availability and optimal product condition for use. **Requirements:** ----------------- Requirements: * Completed high school education; * **Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in cold rooms**; * Proficiency in counting and calculations; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM\.
