We are seeking a Field Analyst to develop best practices and strengthen our Integrated Services team, directly contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on the planet.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform basic operation and maintenance of general water treatment systems;
* Conduct water analysis and/or sample collection, preparation, identification, and dispatch to the laboratory for analysis;
* Perform site administrative tasks: material requisitions, operational reports (internal and client-facing), and periodic expense reporting;
* Complete all field documentation—including RDOs, reports, forms, and check\-lists—using remote monitoring tools or other means, ensuring proper records for internal control and client presentation;
* Ensure availability of well-maintained maintenance resources on-site and properly inventoried;
* Conduct inventory and schedule orders for chemicals and other consumables (e.g., cartridge filters);
* Inspect and identify operational, maintenance, and other issues, providing first-line response and facilitating faster support resolution;
* Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Execute operational maneuvers and procedures to ensure optimal performance of treatment units, meeting performance parameters;
* Calibrate instruments/gauges per company procedure and submit for incident/maintenance handling when required;
* Support installation-related activities (hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical) and assembly, testing, commissioning, and start-up of onshore systems;
* Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and interface with internal support departments;
* Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and potential operational risks, promptly communicating them to management.
**Qualifications**
-----------------
* Technical, technological, or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, or related fields;
* Knowledge of conventional and membrane-based water treatment is desirable;
* Knowledge of operation and/or maintenance of water treatment systems or related systems is desirable, preferably conventional filtration, RO, UF, EDI, MBR, and others;
* Basic knowledge of water chemical analysis and interpretation of results is desirable;
* Basic experience/knowledge in electricity;
* Familiarity with reading technical documents such as schematics, diagrams, and P\&IDs is desirable;
* Basic knowledge of industrial automation (fundamental principles of logic and control), mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity;
* Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is desirable.
