So, does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop work instructions and product process flowcharts. * Design tools and devices used in manufacturing. * Organize and conduct technical and quality analyses, developing preventive and corrective actions. * Participate in the analysis and handling of non-conforming products. * Provide guidance and explanations on key operational procedure points directly at the workplace. * Coordinate and resolve process technology issues, performing root cause analysis and providing structured feedback. * Prepare process quotations and support verification of new materials, processes, and equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Basic knowledge of CAD/AutoCAD/SolidWorks for technical drawing and modeling. * Understanding of industrial processes and quality tools. * Ability to analyze data and prepare technical reports. * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work onsite in Camaçari/BA.
