Post-sales follow-up and customer retention. **Opportunity at Freitas!** **SDR Sales Representative** **Location:** Store 18 – Feira de Santana (BA) **Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new customers within the segment; * Conduct wholesale sales; * Identify commercial opportunities through market research, phone calls, and social media; * Qualify leads and schedule meetings to convert into sales; * Provide consultative service to wholesale customers (CNPJs, resellers, and retailers); * Present and negotiate products with emphasis on volume and profitability; * Monitor orders and provide post-sales support to retain customers; * Organize and price products in the wholesale department; * Provide logistical support in picking and verifying goods for large volumes; * Actively participate in promotional and incentive campaigns; * Achieve weekly and monthly targets for prospecting, conversion, and revenue. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in SDR sales or wholesale sales; * Communicative, persuasive profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with technology and CRM systems is considered a plus; * Organized, proactive, and team-oriented. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance (optional enrollment); * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * In-store product discount; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Crescer Program (internal development); * Corporate Incentive Program.
