RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Conduct consultative sales of drywall, ceilings, metal framing, and other drywall construction materials, ensuring excellent service and delivering the best possible customer experience; * Prospect new clients—including installers, builders, and distributors—through both inbound and outbound interactions, offering technical and commercial solutions tailored to their needs; * Efficiently use company tools and technologies to optimize the sales process; * Monitor daily sales performance, analyze performance reports, and plan strategic actions to achieve commercial targets; * Analyze client scenarios and propose initiatives to increase productivity; * Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering necessary assistance; * Build, maintain, and manage a robust client portfolio, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the sector. REQUIREMENTS * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Commercial experience, preferably in drywall, ceiling systems, plaster, steel frame, or related civil construction materials; * Familiarity with digital tools; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations and make sound decisions; * Willingness to travel occasionally.
