Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** "Conduct clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or received reports to assess employee health status and determine work capacity / fitness for duty; Conduct occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions—such as internal and external referrals—as well as negotiation with leadership regarding work activities compatible with any possible restrictions or limitations; Conduct pre- and post-travel health assessments; Perform medical evaluation and/or participate in multidisciplinary panels to assess eligibility of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) for quota placement; Prepare and record in the electronic information system the transfer report for Occupational Medical Examinations due to Changes in Occupational Hazards, specifying whether complementary examinations are required; Assess work capacity and approve medical certificates for individuals deemed fully unfit for work, recording clinical data and impressions, as well as applicable medical leave in the Health Information System, and carrying out necessary follow-up actions; Conduct expert medical examinations to verify and approve medical certificates in person; Monitor employees on social security benefits, including home, hospital, and/or INSS visits when necessary; Assess employees’ health conditions to identify possibilities for reintegration into work activities compatible with their health status or potential health impairments, and define intervention strategies; Prepare medical reports justifying continued absence from work and prognosis in cases of unfitness for work; Issue opinions and/or reports on conclusions regarding work capacity and/or partial temporary disabilities that entail changes to employment regime or performed activities, describing restrictions for specific work activities, their causes, and timelines for medical reassessment; Investigate and establish causal links in partnership with PETROBRAS professionals; Complete the Work Accident Report (CAT) in the Health Information System, issue appropriate notifications to involved parties (both internal and external to the Company) concerning the Management of Anomalies and Work Accidents, and participate in classification and characterization of incidents according to PETROBRAS regulations and guidelines; Analyze causes of absenteeism due to illness or workplace accidents within operational departments; Participate in health consultations and inspections in operational areas; Assess working conditions of accident victims jointly with the affected employee and the accident investigation committee, when requested, following internal procedures; Conduct hospital or home medical visits to employees, if required; issue post-visit reports and record data in the electronic medical record. Participate in medical boards to finalize clinical evaluations; Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, provide individual interdisciplinary health follow-up, and act as a technical mentor during case discussions; Analyze working conditions and social relationships, provide guidance, and refer employees to Health Programs and Social Services; Coordinate with attending physicians to ensure adequate support for occupational physician evaluations, when necessary; Develop structured actions integrated with various programs implemented by the Company; Prepare management reports and dashboards for planning and support indicator analysis, using PETROBRAS’s management systems and tools; Provide technical opinions on matters within the specialist’s domain, advising PETROBRAS management units upon request; Critically analyze medical record entries, preparing summaries and/or reports—including challenges to causal link determinations—as requested by the PETROBRAS team; Advise, plan, manage, and consolidate and critically analyze data; Propose, plan, and implement collective activities promoting dialogue spaces and applying appropriate strategies to raise awareness, foster engagement, and encourage worker leadership; Transcribe into PETROBRAS’s Information System records of occupational examinations conducted by external professionals; Assume technical responsibility for services before the respective professional council, where required; Record information and consultations in designated forms and/or information systems; Provide occasional urgent and emergency care support to readiness teams, requiring specific training provided by PETROBRAS; Carry out professional duties described in Law No. 12,842/13 and subsequent amendments, CFM Resolution No. 2297/21, and other regulations issued by the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM), State Regional Medical Councils (CRM), Ministry of Labor and Employment Regulatory Standards (NRs), and applicable legislation." **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, with a certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Valid registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) in the region where the professional practices. Specialist title in Occupational Medicine awarded by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), or certification in Medical Residency in Occupational Medicine, or a MEC-recognized specialization course in Occupational Medicine. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in occupational health care within organizational settings. Training in Biosafety or NR-32. Proficiency in information systems, including Microsoft Office and other PETROBRAS-used systems. Professional skills for teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, organization, and commitment. "Minimum six (6) years of experience as an occupational physician.
